Pre-Listing Inspection
As a seller putting your house on the market can be both exciting and stressful at the same time. Let us remove some of the stress out of the process by letting you know the condition of your home before you put it on the market. Get ahead by not only knowing what your home needs but fixing it before you list it. This will allow you to sell for more money and keep the negotiations out of the buyer's hands.

Maintenance Inspection
Home inspections are not just for buyers or sellers. Homes continue to age and will deteriorate with time. Maintenance inspections are an important part of protecting your investment. Not only will home inspections save you money, but they offer peace of mind when it comes to the safety and efficiency of your home. Recognizing possible issues from the beginning can be dealt with before they escalate into bigger problems.

Radon Testing
A radon test measures the levels of radon gas, an odorless radioactive gas due to uranium breaking down within soil and water found present in the home. Radon gas seeps into the home through cracks in the foundation and contaminates the indoor air in your home. Radon has been linked to many health disorders including cancer.

Energy Evaluation
Thermal imaging performed during the home inspection is a great tool to identify not only air infiltration, and insulation issues but also water leaks.
Our infrared cameras show heat differentials on the surface of drywall or other finish materials which helps us to identify issues. Potential water leaks are verified using a moisture meter when necessary.
