Limited Thermal Imaging

Your eyes can only see what’s in front of you, it can't see issues that are hidden behind walls or in concealed spaces. Infrared technology allows unseen problems to be found, which might lead to more serious problems in the future. This important tool is a huge advantage for new home buyers.

Energy Evaluation

Thermal imaging performed during the home inspection is a great tool to identify not only air infiltration, and insulation issues but also water leaks.

Our infrared cameras show heat differentials on the surface of drywall or other finish materials which helps us to identify issues. Potential water leaks are verified using a moisture meter when necessary.

Exterior

Drone

FAA certified remote pilot with drone capabilities for those hard to reach roofs.

HVAC

Heating and cooling equipment, thermostats, furnace, boilers, HW heaters, A/C units, ductwork, vents and flues.

Appliances

Range or oven, hoods, stove, microwave, Dishwasher, garbage disposal, bathroom exhaust fans, garage door opener, sensors, and other built-in appliances.

Electrical

Service entrance and panels, branch circuits, connected devices and fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and making sure your outlets are safe and GFCI's are in the recommended areas.
